Sparkplug started with something we kept noticing in rooms: no matter the size or the titles in the room, people engage more when they participate.

Sparkplug began with simple questions: What if engagement felt less like a program and more like a shared experience? What is that one thing that everyone enjoys?

We noticed: the moment music or rhythm enters a space, something shifts. Energy moves. Smiles appear. Conversations start flowing in ways they weren’t before. We saw this across corporate events, workshops, and community gatherings. Rhythm and participation can spark up a room within minutes.

This shift is not random. It is thoughtfully designed and guided by facilitators who understand people and the power of shared experiences. After creating experience after experience, it felt natural to give that insight a name. That became Sparkplug - a way to spark up places that need people's power unlocked.

Founder & Lead Facilitator

Brings over 10+ years of experience to audience engagement and team-building facilitation. From designing custom engagement experiences to leading high-energy drum circles, he turns rooms full of people into one powerful rhythm.

Sheryl Shiju Sam

Brand Development & Partnerships

Helps Sparkplug show up in the right places and connect with the people who need its energy most. From building the brand’s presence online to starting conversations and partnerships offline, she uses creativity, communication, and strategy to open doors for new collaborations and experiences.

Every Sparkplug experience is led by our core facilitators and supported by a growing network of musicians, rhythm leaders, and collaborators as needed. This allows us to scale experiences based on the event.
